Essential ingredients:

Preparation:

For a soft and delicate cream mount sugar and eggs with electric whisks until it’s all well blended and then put the mixture directly in a pot gradually adding one liter of milk and spreading flour while stirring gently. Cook over gentle flame stirring constantly until the cream has reached a boil, and until has reached an optimal density. In the last stage of cooking you can add a piece of lemon peel. Arrange on a baking dish a layer of biscuits you have chosen and moisten with a little glass of Sapa diluted with water. Until the cream is still boiling pour it over wet biscuits to Sapa and then let it cool on the tray for at least an hour. When the cream has cooled sprinkle with fresh strawberries cut into small pieces and pour on top of it another glass of Sapa sprinkling the strawberries with a spoon. Just before serving at the table sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
