Our tiramisù with Peaches in syrup. The tiramisu is very famous Italian dessert. In addition to the traditional edition there are many variations, and every cook can try to create his own recipe.   • 300 grams of milk cookies
  • 1 Peaches in Syrup can

Preparation:

Separate the yolks retaining only two egg whites. blend in a bowl the egg yolks with the sugar using electric mixer until mixture is light and fluffy. Incorporate, little by little, ricotta cheese, stirring gently so that no lumps are formed. Thoroughly rinse the electric mixer and beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir in the egg whites to the cream a little at a time, very gently, preferably with a manual mixer. Drain the peaches cut in slices, preserving and adding syrup and a glass of rum. Pour into glass cups a layer of cream on the bottom, so the milk cookies wet in peaches syrup. After the layer of cookies, cover with half of the cream remained.
